Daydreaming

He everyday got up relaxed and ready for work. He liked it and everybody counted on him. His bosses promoted him and regularly raised his salary. In the evening, when he arrived at his island of peace, his wife was already there looking forward to him. Maybe he was dreaming.

The director

I pay my five interns and three employees differently. They know I will renew their contracts only if they are “motivated”. “Motivation” means working twelve hours and accepting hunger salaries. My workers do their best. When I call them to my office, I say their production isn’t worth their salary.
